Yes, you will get a partial refund for your security deposit.

SP集团目前在所有消费者开设公用事业账户时向他们收取保证金. The security deposit covers electricity as well as non-electricity (i.e. water and town gas) services.

Why is my electricity bill or usage so expensive?

  • Automated phone system
    Please call the Open Electricity Market hotline at 1800-233-8000.

Referrer - How do I refer my friend into Senoko Energy?

By referring your friend to Senoko Energy, you can enjoy up to $20 bill rebate for yourself, and another $20 bill rebate for your friend.

  • Step 1 - Download Senoko Energy app and tap on "Refer and Earn"

Referrer - My friend has signed up with Senoko Energy. Why did I not receive my rebate?
